On June 17, 2023, our club had our strategic planning session for the upcoming hope creating term. Guided by our outgoing Imaginative Super President, Ian Tomaquin, and incoming Hope Creating President, Ricky Jacla, alongside the presence of our esteemed District Rotaract Representative, Bhon Mar Balois, the session was a powerful catalyst for our united pursuit of a brighter future.
Under the theme “Hope in Action: Uniting for a Brighter Future,” the Strategic Planning session ignited a shared commitment to create tangible and lasting impact in our community. Together, we delved into thoughtful discussions, leveraging the diverse expertise and perspectives of our members to shape our upcoming initiatives.
ISP Ian Tomaquin’s visionary leadership and HCP Ricky Jacla’s passion for creating hope set the stage for our collective efforts. With the valuable guidance and support of District Rotaract Representative Bhon Mar Balois, we gained valuable insights and embraced the wider Rotary community’s strength.
Throughout the planning, we focused on innovative approaches to empower youth, foster education, and promote sustainability. By collaborating and pooling our resources, we developed dynamic strategies that aim to uplift lives and create a positive ripple effect in our community.
The session fostered an environment of creativity, cooperation, and strategic thinking. As a result, we are now poised to translate our collective vision into impactful action, driven by the principles of service above self.
