The Rotary Club of Uptown Cubao and the Rotaract Club of Uptown Cubao proudly joined the grand celebration of leadership, service, and unity during the “Unite for a Cause: District Induction Ceremony” of Rotary International District 3780, held at the prestigious Okada Manila.
This significant gathering marked the official induction of district officers and club presidents for the new Rotary Year, embracing the new theme: “Unite for Good.” It was an inspiring evening that brought together Rotarians, Rotaractors, and partners-in-service to celebrate a shared commitment to making lasting change in our communities.
Our clubs were honored to be among the many present, with a strong delegation that embodied this year’s call to action.
Leading the Rotary Club of Uptown Cubao was Unite for Good President Princess Silva, a dual member who also served as Past President of the Rotaract Club of Uptown Cubao. President Princess continues to represent the seamless bridge between youth leadership and lifelong service — a true testament to the spirit of “Service Above Self.”
The Rotaract Club of Uptown Cubao was equally represented with pride by its incoming club leader, Unite for Good President Enzo Abatayo, whose vision for the year centers on collaboration, impact, and continuing the club’s legacy of innovative service initiatives.
The induction ceremony served as a powerful reminder of the strength of unified action — when clubs and individuals come together not just to serve, but to uplift, empower, and create meaningful change. As we begin this Rotary Year, both clubs are more inspired than ever to bring the “Unite for Good” theme to life through relevant, inclusive, and sustainable projects.
