Written by On October 23, the Rotaract Club of Uptown Cubao proudly stood side-by-side with our sponsoring club, the Rotary Club of Uptown Cubao, for their most significant event of the year: the Governor’s Visit and Induction Ceremony at the Aberdeen Hotel, Quezon City.
To ensure everything was perfect for the visit of the District Governor, our team assisted with an ocular inspection on October 18, leading up to a successful execution on the big day.
Governor’s Visit
We showed our full support not just in attendance but in action. UFG President Enzo Abatayo delivered the Opening Remarks, setting the tone for the event, while PP Ian Tomaquin took the stage as the Master of Ceremonies, ensuring a smooth and lively program.
Induction Ceremony
It was a proud moment for the Rotaract club as we witnessed the elevation of our leaders into the Rotary space. We celebrate the official induction of Pres. Enzo Abatayo as the Youth Service Chair and PP Ian Tomaquin as the Public Image Chair for the Rotary Club of Uptown Cubao for RY 25-26. This dual service highlights the trust and collaboration between our clubs!
Post-GV Fellowship
After the formalities, we let loose and bonded! The night ended with a successful fellowship involving the club officers and the District Team, solidifying connections that go beyond service.
