Written by On December 3, the Rotaract Club of Uptown Cubao took the next big step in our digital literacy campaign!
Building on the success of our internal pilot testing with CyberGuardiansPH in last September, we are proud to expand the AI Ready ASEAN initiative to a wider audience. In collaboration with the Rotaract Club of San Francisco del Monte – Malaya Achievers (RAC SFDMMA), we successfully brought the Hour of Code curriculum to over 100 students of E. Rodriguez Jr. High School.
Bridging the Digital Gap
For this leg of the series, Uptown Cubao served as the strategic bridge, connecting RAC SFDMMA with our tech partners at CyberGuardiansPH to deliver high-quality education on:
- Artificial Intelligence: Demystifying how AI works.
- Cybersecurity: Protecting personal data in a digital age.
- Misinformation: Identifying and combating risks associated with current tech trends.
Our team also took the lead on creative direction, crafting materials that aligned the visual identities of Rotaract, CyberGuardiansPH, and the ASEAN Youth Organization.
This collaboration marks the beginning of a larger movement to equip the youth with the skills they need to navigate the future safely and smartly.
